Pan Asian restaurant Tamarai, situated along Drury Lane in London’s Covent Garden, is an exclusive venue catering perfectly for small and large scale group bookings and parties. This luxurious restaurant and bar opened in 2006 and has played host to some prolific parties and events during this time with clients including the likes of Yahoo, Givenchy, Goldman Sachs and Sony BMG. The semi private lounge at Tamarai is a dream for the more select party with a stunning décor of lit glass flooring and fuchsia coloured banquettes embroidered with Swarovski crystals. For larger events the whole restaurant can be hired out exclusively and offers a capacity for up to 300 guests and even better, Tamarai boasts almost 300 free parking spaces in the building below, a rarity in central London. The menus change on a regular basis but always features exquisite dishes created by Head Chef Manish and his expert team such as grilled baby barramundi with nam prik pao noodles; penang curry sea bass with spicy mee krob and Vietnamese caramel pepper prawns with golden garlic. Tamarai is spot on for any type of group booking, from the most intimate to full on corporate events.
