Dishes include delights such as maple roasted salmon with warm waxy potatoes, garbanzo beans and chorizo picante; churrasco barbecued lamb, pico de gallo, guacamole and warm flat bread and stuffed piquillo peppers with ewes milk cheese, roasted pear and pecan salsa and lambs lettuce.
